I am missing a double threaded ring that attaches the handle to the mixing valve. Is there a way I can just get that part or do I need to return the whole unit and get another one?

These handles have no set screws. I've pulled on them till blue in the face. How do they come off?

is the tubing 1/2 inch and what is the gallons per minute from the roman tub faucet?

Thank you for your question, I would be happy to help you.
The trim kit does not determine flow rate, but the valve does. R2707 has a flow rate of 18 GPM @ 60 PSI and Valve Body works with 1/2" pipe connections only.
