Q&A

It's very difficult to get a true sense of the actual color based on the color description. Nickel is standardly a silver tone but the polished nickel as shown in the photo is definitely a yellow tone. What color is it in reality? Thanks.

i have a bathtub faucet that wont stop leaking. i have replaced the faucet a number of times. I dont have the model numbers or anything and ihave checked all of the main stores i my area. i need help

Does the faucet swivel?

Hello I recently purchased the 3558-SSMPU-DST in chrome. The photos and video of this model show red and blue buttons. Mine came with only white buttons. Was there a change? If not, how do I go about getting red and blue buttons?

Are the turn wheels interchangeable? Can I purchase them separately for my existing trinsic faucet that came with handles? and if they can't be purchased separately, can these be used on the existing trinsic faucets that came with handles?

I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help! Yes, the Trinsic collection also includes the model T4759-CZ Roman Tub Trim With Hand Shower. This model would be installed with an R4707 valve rough, includes a hand shower, and can use the H658 wheel handles. I would like to know what the model numbers are  to order the Trinsic shower system with the wheel handle? In champ bronze: a tub spout, a shower arm, a “wheel” valve trim. Then I want to have an “Intuition “ handheld to attach to the shower arm. Help!
