PRODUCT FEATURES
Diverter lever sets In2ition 2-in-1 shower to 1 of 3 options: showerhead and handshower, showerhead only and handshower only
  • Monitor pressure balance valve keeps water temperature within a safe ± 3.6⁰ F (± 2.0⁰ C), helping to protect you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure
  • Pause feature reduces the water to a trickle, allowing you to conserve water while doing tasks such as lathering up or shaving your legs
  • Soft, rubber spray holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up from the spray face of your showerhead and handshower with the touch of a finger
  • Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice Universal rough-in separately to complete the unit
  • Meets standards set by Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Spray settings include: Full Body Spray, Massage Spray, Full Body with Massage Spray, and Pause

I do really like it and the color and I think that I also said that I thought that the handheld water adjust was in the wrong place-but it's not-wanted revise my review but didn't see an edit button.

I just had this installed and the hand held has on been used less than five time and now it won’t stay in the socket and drops so I wrap it around the faucet handle but then this means I can’t use the full shower if I want. Also I think the spray adjuster is in the wrong place .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shower/tub faucet set. Dual controls are nice. Great shower set. Love the dual control/levers for temperature and pressure. Classy looking. Minor note: the tubspout should have a slope to it so the water doesn’t collect on it from the shower head drip. Had a plumber install it so can’t speak to the install aspect. Make sure your plumber “flushes the water lines” if you’re replacing an existing unit.

What is the trick to getting the handheld head back in the cradle? It is so difficult

Hi Nancy, Thank you for your question! You will need to push the handshower into the showerhead, then pull down on the handshower until locked with the showerhead.If the showerhead moves when removing the handshower, hand tighten the connection between the showerhead and the shower arm. Hi Merbear1992, Thank you for your question. The basic spray pattern of the In2ition showerhead that comes in the T17264-I faucet is a full body spray. The hand held Spray settings include: Full Body, Fast Massage, Full Spray with Massage, Slow Massage , and a pause feature. We do not offer a rain shower with a handheld. Thanks, Dave

What other type of valve can be used for the installation? I can't find at local store the MultiChoice Universal Tub and Shower Valve - R10000-IP

would the R100000-UNBX Valve work?

Hi Picols, Thank you for your question. The R10000-UNBX rough will work with the T17464-I tub/shower trim. The R10000-UNBX has 1/2" male pipe connections compared to the R10000-IP which has 1/2" female pipe connections. Thanks, Dave

Confused by models

What is the difference between the Ashlyn #:T17464-I and the T17264-I?
