Our Monitor 17 Series units do include different types of tub spout assemblies and we've included all of the tub spout instructions so that they're easily accessible for our customers. I have included a link to a maintenance and installation sheet, that covers several tub spouts we manufacture. For installation instructions on model RP73371BL, the tub spout assembly that is included with the Delta Monitor T17459-BL Faucet, please refer to page 5, diagram C1. The temperature can be adjusted by rotating the knob on the front of the volume handle. The Rotational Limit Stop can be adjusted to set the maximum temperature. To do this, remove the temperature knob cover by prying it by hand at the tip. This should pop it off of the gray knob, allowing you to remove the Phillips head screw. Pull off the knob to access the RLS and set it to the desired position. Please refer to section 4 of the Installation Instructions for more information. Hi, Steve! Thank you for you question. The Delta RP693SS bath waste assembly is the tub drain that we make in the Brilliance Stainless Steel finish to match the T17459-SS. The Delta MultiChoice Universal R10000-UNBX and R10000-LBX rough valve bodies are the exact same. The R10000-LBX rough valve is exclusive to Lowe's. Hi Psychetri, I am sorry to hear about the trouble that you are having with your faucet and I would be happy to help. The increase the maximum hot water input for your faucet, you will need to adjust the rotational limit stop. To do this, remove the temperature handle but feeling behind the handle and prying off the outer cover. Remove the philips screw to remove the next piece. You will then see a round piece that looks like a gear. Each notch you move this piece counter clockwise will increase your maximum hot water temperature by 3-4 degrees.

Our Delta Faucet Trinsic® Monitor® 17 Series H2Okinetic® Tub & Shower Trim In Chrome MODEL#: T17459 and T17T259 would work with any of our R10000 universal valves. When opening the wall and installing a new unit, we recommend using the R10000-UNWS because this valve comes with stops. The new cartridge will not fit the old rough, if the old cartridge RP32104 is not leaking it does not need replaced. Non-metallic materials can be beneficial in that they cannot rust or corrode. In the Trinsic collection, the RP93273 tub spout is metal.
