Rated 5 out of 5 by from The modern world has arrived in my shower I replaced an ancient Delta shower/tub set in silver with this in the gold finish. Love the look and, more than that, love the shower and how it distributes the water in a fun fashion. It's almost pulsating and such a dramatic change from the tired old shower head. Very happy. Like other reviewers mentioned, there is a component of water spots and will need wiping down if I want it to look sparkly all the time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty but overall Disappointed I have not hooked it to the water yet, but so far disappointment in the product. I read the instructions and it said to be extremely careful when installing as the finish could scratch off. I was very careful putting the shower head on, however the ring that goes around it scratched the paint off of it very easily. So now you see the raw material underneath and not the black finish. Also it did not come with the drain for the tub or the overflow cover. I had higher expectations for this product. Have not turned on the water yet to be able to review the water pressure.

Hi Delta, I'd like to purchase the Trinsic shower fixtures and the Trinsic wall mounted sink faucet. I'd like to know if the entire product is made of metal. I don't want to purchase an item that has plastic parts inside. Thanks!

It the tub spout with the Pull-Up Diverter (MODEL#: RP73371) ADA compliant? It does not list Model T14459 or T14459- LHD as ADA in the cut sheet. Is this a mistake? Thank you!

Thank you for your question, KmarieK! Model RP73371 is not an ADA complaint tub spout. The valve trim on these models is considered ADA compliant, however the tub spout is a pull up diverter which does not qualify for this certification. The tub spout model RP93273 is an ADA complaint Push-button diverter tub spout that looks almost identical and can be used instead. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP93273 Best regards, Edward

Does this come or does delta make anything that covers the screws so that they're concealed?

Hello T Robert, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Trinsic Tub and Shower Trim T14459 is designed with a constant volume water flow and the handle controls the temperature. Slip on installation for the tub spout

The details on the slip on installation for the tub spout is very minimal. What is the length of the pipe from the wall? Also, does any caulk need to be used? also, it says to tighten the set screen, but the white plastic middle is in the way and does not have a whole? Is the adapter supposed to be inside the white plastic piece in the middle? Very poor instructions!!

Thank you for your question, Kevin. The tub spout will include a brass slip-on adapter (RP33794) that you can remove from the tub spout. The 1/2&quot; copper pipe should extend 2&quot; to 4&quot; from the finished wall. Install the adapter so that there is a 1/4&quot; to 1/2&quot; between the adapter and the finished wall. Tighten the set screw, then thread the tub spout onto the adapter. Best regards, Jon

Hi, I am looking into updating the shower/bath trim in my bathroom&gt; I currently have a delta system installed and I am looking to update with a black trim system. &nbsp;Is there a way to avoid updating valves? Thx

Hello Julie, Thank you for your question. As long as the screw holes on your current Delta 13/1400 series large round escutcheon plate are at the 1 and 7 o'clock positions and you do not have a push button shower diverter directly below the off and on handle, then The Delta Trinsic Tub and Shower T14459-BL trim kit and any of our other trim kits that start with a T13 or a T14 will interchange for you, without having to replace the rough-in valve body in the wall. The cartridges that come with the new trim kits may not fit your valve body, so you may need to reuse your existing cartridge. Best regards, Tanya
