Hi we have this for about 1 year, the touch sensor stopped working, we changed the battery already, and sometimes when we turn on water it has whistling sound

Our faucet will not work properly anymore. It won’t turn on like it’s supposed to when we touch it. We touch it over and over and it still won’t turn on. Randomly it will turn on but it won’t keep working.

The touch feature on our faucet has ceased to function. It no longer responds to touch commands. Additionally, an unusual and persistent whistling sound comes from the faucet whenever it is turned on.

Hello, my Trinsic touch kitchen faucet does not line up correctly when the faucet is returned to the goose neck. When I pull out the faucet I see some rust which I wiped clean. It appears there is some part in the edge of the neck that is rusted.

I just had this installed in a kitchen island. It currently swivels 360 degrees and I want to know if this can be limited so it doesn’t accidentally get touched while not over the sink.
