Can this be used as a replacement for the Steamist SMC-150 controller ?

I have an old system with no temperature control on it. If I put in the Simple Steam Controller is it placed inside the steam bath and does it have a temperature sensor.
We would need to know the model and serial number of your existing steam generator to see if it will work with this user control. This control has a temperature sensor build into it and needs to be mounted inside the steam room to work properly.

To operate/begin use do you set temp at desired degrees and hit start? When stop do you just push same control button? There is no control for length of time? Is there a user instruction site?

Will this work as a replacement controller for Steamist SM model generators?
As long as the steam generator is a model# "SM" (not SMP, SM-#TC, SM-#PB) then this control will work.
