Can the door Opening be reversed to open the other direction from left to right

The instructions on mention using sealant on the OUTSIDE bottom of the support bar and panels, and INSIDE of wall jambs. In next instruction regarding the installation of bushing, there is a NOTICE saying that sealant must be applied to the INSIDE support

What is the actual height of the door and glass not including the base? Will this door work on the 38 by 38 pan?

The door glass came off due from the metal hinge, the gray rubber around all the door worn out. Went to Home Depot and they didn't have it. We need to reinstall and buy all needed for it
