Will this wall set fir the Delta curved left drain 60" x 30" item 40114L

We have the delta class 500 6030 set, tub and walls. We are unfortunately missing the foam strip for the wall set. What is the thickness of the foam for the walls?

I bought a Delta Classic 400 Curve (40114R) at a pallet store and can’t seem to find the walls anywhere. Home Depot does not have them in stock anymore - they only carry the Delta 500. Is there anywhere I can get the walls for this specific tub?

Can this wall set be installed on an existing metal bathtub that has flat edges with a flange?

Hi there. This is advertised as a caulkless unit and instructions only mention sealing the top and outside edges where the unit connects with drywall… but your own video caulks the inside corners + tub level. Do I need to caulk or not?
Not helpful… you basically just re-typed the description of the product that I’ve already read. So are you saying that’s a no? I don’t need to caulk the inside corners or along the tub once assembled? Thanks.

When installing the back panel on an exterior wall with insulation and 6mil vapor barrier. How do we use adhesive on the center of back panel since this would be in contact with the vapor varrier and not the studs/blocking? Thank you

Does "Pairs exclusively with Delta® Classic 500™ Bathtubs" mean that I shouldn't use it with my existing bathtub?
Actually, the difference is the snap in bottom corners on the 500 classic surround. The 500 tub has a little ridge, and the surround has a matching dip. They snap together for a tight fit.
If extra caulk to hide that corner gap at each outside edge doesn't bother you, there isn't anything else to deter you from using it over any tub. That corner gap is approximately 1 1/2" W x 1/4"H, solely on the outside bottom corners.
This is not the "official" answer.
