Wow! Beautiful faucet!
The new Delta Cassidy Kitchen Faucet is absolutely beautiful! I received this faucet as a promotional item in exchange for my review. It only took a couple hours to remove and install this new one. It is definitely larger, more durable and extremely powerful in comparison to my old one. I could not believe how fast I could rinse my dishes and clean my sink. The actual faucet doesn’t show water spots and is easy cleaning and maintenance. Did I mention it has touch free options??
I am so glad we got this showstopper of a faucet!

Very solid, durable, and attractive!
Its made of solid durable metal, much thicker and sturdier than my old faucet. The electric features don't need to be connected to the power, they come with their own batteries! It seems like it's going to be easy to keep clean, the touchless feature is very exciting.

So impressed!
This kitchen faucet looks amazing! I love the design and how sleek it looks. I also love the touchiness feature, it’s perfect when working with meet or dirt hands where you don’t want to touch the faucet. It also has a light that indicates the heat do the water which I love ( blue for cold, red for hot). It was also easy to install.

Cool Technology
Nice faucet with great technology. Love the touchless feature, though find it can be finicky sometimes getting it to start and then is sensitive to stops mid wash. Installation wasn’t too difficult for my husband. Material is decent, but seems to be more plastic than metal. I have to play around with the touchless settings more, but think it will come in handy! It looks very pretty as well.

Does the sprayer stay in the last-used mode when the water is turned off and on? I.e., if the spray is on, the water is turned off and then back on, will it still be in spray mode, or will it have defaulted to something else, like stream?
Thank you for your question LMBaer! For Delta pull down kitchen faucets that feature Shield Spray, once the the shield spray button is activated and released it will automatically revert back to the spray setting.

Is the decorative ring for 9197-RB-DST Faucet required to install or is it acceptable to not apply? Thank you

Thanks for your question. You will need to check the manufacturing date on the supply lines coming from the base of the faucet. You may also find this information on the box. If the date is prior to 8-1-2018 you will need to use the base ring that comes with the faucet. If the date is after 8-1-2018 you only need to use the gasket, not the base ring. Does this faucet come with a Deck Plate to cover 3 holes in the sink
Does this faucet come standard with a deck plate to cover the extra holes in a typical 4 hole sink? I see the soap dispenser is not included.

what is the difference between 'Euromotion' Diamond valve and Diamond valve
Thank you for your question. The difference between the two valves is how they operate. The "Euromotion" valve operates to the side as well as back and forth. Both valve contain our Diamond Seal technology.

Is there a hole cover for the empty hole in the sink that matches a 9197-CZ-PR-DST? We have a RO filter and a soap dispenser, so the escutcheon plate won't work.
