Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stains, magnet too strong I really want to love this faucet. Pros: it is gorgeous and the coils are tight so easy to clean. Cons: the magnet holding the spout is so powerful I don’t use it often—it’s a struggle to get out of its dock! Also I’m really regretting the black stainless finish. It is almost impossible to get clean—unlike my previous regular stainless faucets, which clean well with spray cleaner and a rag, I have to scrub this one with rubbing alcohol and buff vigorously to get anywhere. If I had to do it again I’d choose another brand (less magnetism) and definitely not black stainless.

We haven’t had this installed in our kitchen remodel (due to a water leak) for 1.5 years and we’re already on the second warranty issue. First was it not sitting vertical…needed a new retainer clip. Now, it’s leaking/spewing water from the handle mechanism all over the top of countertop and below the mount into the sink cabinet. Thankfully we got it before worse damage occurred. Awaiting a response from Delta since their customer service isn’t open on the weekends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Delta 9659 Kitchen Faucet It a very nice faucet and it runs well, but the way the water handle works could be better. It really spans a 90 degree area, from hot to cold. I think it should be a 180 degree range. It is also difficult to remove the cartridge and you really need an Allen wrench that’s connected to a handle. This is not provided with the faucet. In my case, I had to remove the cartridge, but I was able to acquire one from the distributor. Finally, the instructions given are just for a generic faucet and don’t reflect the actual faucet supplied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek looking semipro faucet We purchased this faucet to replace an older one (different brand) that was malfunctioning. I love the black stainless finish as it blends well with our grey countertops and stainless steel appliances, without looking out of place. This is one of the few mid-priced semipro faucets that has a pull down head with good reach, which is a priority for our home. It’s also got a lower profile than most, being about 2-3” shorter in height above the counter. The larger spring hose is very stiff and doesn’t flex very far, I do hope it loosens up, but les important than the pull down spray head with good reach. We also like the stream flow size and power and the sprayer - the flow seems to be well controlled and water doesn’t splash everywhere. I maybe should have purchased the touch faucet but am used to the lever so this is not a big deal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not hold up for the long run We built our home 4 years ago and had this faucet put in our kitchen, expensive even at that time but this was our dream house. 4 years later the faucet is leaning in toward the front if the sink and the switch to change the spray setting does not move so we are stuck with one spray setting. better off buying the cheap ones and replacing them for the money.

Can I get a replacement faucet head (kitchen) quote and how to order for a A112.18.1 , Brushed steel (silver not chrome)

Hi Paul, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9959TL-DST. A replacement spray head with a brushed finish would be RP64069AR in Arctic Stainless or RP64069SS in Stainless finishes. A112.18.1 is an engineering standard that unfortunately would not help identify the faucet model. The model number can be found on a supply line tag, the box, or the receipt. what size Allen screw holds the handle tight ?

Water flow weak, never to spec.

Hi Paul S, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 9959TL-AR-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out of the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
