Just got it put in yesterday. Looks great with off white quartz countertop. At first the touches operation wasn't working continuously but I reset the sensitivity and seems to be working ok now. The touch and touchless feature so far seems to work with a gloved hand for washing dishes. Since it's only been in one day I don't have much else to say except the plumber put it in quickly and the battery operation works well. I plan on seeing how long the batteries last and if too short a duration I'm going to get the AC power adapter.

Elegant faucet

All I can say is WOW - the Delta Trinsic Touch20 K
I absolutely love the Delta Trinsic Touch20 Kitchen Faucet. To start off the color is so luxurious and really fits so many color palettes. It’s champagne bronze but also looks slightly silver depending on lighting so if you’re worried it won’t work with your theme you may be surprised. I also love how its battery operated I was curious how everything was powered and to switch the batteries it’s quick and convenient. When it came to installing this also seemed relatively easy. I asked the handyman how the install was compared to other brands and he also said this was a breeze. Overall I love this faucet so much!

Beautiful but cheap quality
Beautiful product but very poor quality components.
I've spent so much time fixing and swapping parts for this faucet. Solenoid failed, cheap plastic clips broke, battery box clip broke..all in less than a year.
Touchless tech works intermittently despite following instructions and troubleshooting with customer support. Sad to say a 30 USD faucet from Amazon was much more reliable.

I honestly had no idea faucets could be this luxurious. We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel, so this came at an opportune time! It’s stunning and it has features that are to die for. The color is perfect and of course it has the high quality that Delta is known for!

Can't use touchless feature on Island sink
My sink is located on a long, narrow island with seating on the outer side. My old faucet sprayed all over the counter when using the spray feature and it drove me nuts cleaning up after using it. I love to cook and decided to get this faucet after reading the reviews. It was easy to install and looks fantastic in my kitchen. I absolutely love the touchless technology as I can turn water off and on 50+ times when cooking a large meal. Unfortunately, if anyone sits, walks by, or places anything on the outer side of the island, it triggers the touchless technology even on the low sensitivity setting. My island is only 40 inches wide so the faucet is only 14 inches from the outer edge where people sit and pass by. It is also triggered by the motion sensor nightlight we have in our kitchen. Fortunately, you can turn the touchless feature off and the touch technology works perfectly. I still love the faucet but am disappointed I can't use the touchless feature. If your kitchen is set up so the back of the faucet faces a room/space with movement, I would think twice about paying the extra for the touchless technology. Otherwise this is a well made, very functional faucet.

Bought in April from Lowes and used their installers, everything was good for a month, then hot water stopped working, only there. rest of house = all good. paid for a plumber to come out and they said hot water is fine, but its the cartridge. help!

My touch less faucet will not work. New batteries are in. When i touch it, a blue light comes on - I changed the batteries again and still blue light when i tap. No water comes out. HELP!

The hot water flow (pressure) on my faucet is much lower than the cold water. Can you suggest a likely cause and fix? Thanks, John

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company!
We recommend flushing the TRINSIC® Touch2O® Kitchen Faucet With Touchless Technology MODEL#: 9159TL-DST. To do this, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid.
After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket.
We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines.
1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process.
2. Move the handle to the full mixed position.
3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side.
4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket.
5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket.
6. Reconnect the supply line.
*Please use caution when flushing the hot water.*
You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet.

How do I remove the water flow restrictor? We just installed this faucet and the pressure is low -takes twice as long to fill a spaghetti pot.

The aerator on our 9159TL-DST cannot be removed. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris, which can get caught in a few different areas of the faucet. Please try the following steps so we can better assist you:
1.) First, please unscrew the wand from the hose and turn the faucet on for 1 minute to flush the lines and see if you get good flow out of the end of the hose. Please check for debris in the wand and re-attach it. Be careful not to let go of the hose with the wand removed or it may retract into the faucet.
2.) Next, turn the handle to the off position, place a bucket under the sink, disconnect the solenoid assembly from the gray PEX tube and check for debris in the screen at the top of the solenoid assembly. If the solenoid assembly is gray, the screen cannot be removed. If it is black, you can use a pair of needle-nose pliers to take the screen out and clean it.
3.) Finally, reattach everything and test the flow rate from the wand again

Trinsic touch2o(2019 model year) has reduced water flow. Strong water flow with spray nozzle removed. Strong water flow with swapped out spray nozzle From a bar faucet. Could they be a problem with the spray nozzle ?

How do I permanently turn off the sensitivity mode.

To remove the sensitivity on our Touchless 9159TL-DST, please refer to the information below!
There are three modes for your faucet: High Sensitivity, Low Sensitivity, and Touch2O.
Your faucet is shipped in high sensitivity mode. To change the sensitivity:
- Move the faucet handle to the off position.
- Grab and hold the faucet base for 6 seconds. This is not the LED.
- The LED indicator will flash to signal the faucet has changed modes.
High sensitivity: 5 blue flashes
Low sensitivity: 4 purple flashes
Touchless Off: 3 red flashes.
