I have been wanting for so long to go with the trend right now, which is this gorgeous champagne bronze color. I will change my counters to whitish quartz and put in white sink and then install the new faucet. And change the cabinets handles to same color. It will look so beautiful! This faucet it looks and feels very expensive! Quality is amazing! Nice finish, looks sturdy and have magnetic pull down with sprayer! You can go wrong with Delta! It will last you a lifetime! So excited to receive this as a gift!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 9159TL-BL-DST Just got it put in yesterday. Looks great with off white quartz countertop. At first the touches operation wasn't working continuously but I reset the sensitivity and seems to be working ok now. The touch and touchless feature so far seems to work with a gloved hand for washing dishes. Since it's only been in one day I don't have much else to say except the plumber put it in quickly and the battery operation works well. I plan on seeing how long the batteries last and if too short a duration I'm going to get the AC power adapter.

It completely transformed the look of my kitchen — the color is so elegant and modern, and it matched perfectly with my wooden countertop and white sink. The finish looks luxurious but still warm and natural, which makes the whole space feel more inviting. The handle is super smooth and easy to control, and the pull-down sprayer works perfectly for cleaning dishes and rinsing the sink. It feels very high-quality and sturdy, not flimsy at all. Honestly, it’s the perfect mix of functionality and style — I get compliments all the time!

What I love is that it has a water flow and pull down handle. To spray water, cleaning is no problem. It does look very durable and I love the color.

Someone responded that the sprayer is plastic. Are they saying that the pull out section (like the last 2 inches on the faucet) is plastic or do they mean the inside assembly of the sprayer is plastic. Also, is the water aerated?

i purchased this model about 2 years ago. roughly 6 months ago the faucet started to make a pounding noise when the hot water is openned up then the hot water will shut off byitself.This is the only faucet in the house that does this.

Hi, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are more than happy to help you. Reduced flow or no flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, then fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. Is their an adaptor availble to reduce the GPM? My project requires strict water usage.

Is there a way to replace the screen or in some other way reduce the flow rate to 1.5 gpm?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Trinsic Pull-Down Kitchen 9159-DST faucet has a flow rate of 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI, this flow is not designed to be reduced. What is the maximum thickness of counter for this faucet?

On page 4 of the install instructions it says the max thickness for the counter top is 3" but on the web page it says 2.5". If it is 2.5" is there an extension/spacer of some kind available so it could be used with a counter top 2.75" thick?
