Seat will not stay up
I purchased at Sams Club,lid stays up as described but if you have any men using your toilet the seat will not stay up unless it is held up !!! Maybe it was that the toilet wasn’t made for this type seat l don’t know but was told by Delta it wasn’t designed to stay up what a joke !

Quiet lid closing and easy to install
I'm so glad this fit my toilet perfectly and it was so easy to install and when the lid closes it's very quiet and closes slow. The only issue I had was when I lift both seats to clean the toilet it's difficult to get the lids to stay up and I have to keep lifting them.

slow close and comfy
Toilet seats slam in my house all the time. With two kids under ten, I'm constantly worried that the actual toilet will break. However, this toilet seats solves the problem and has the extra bonus of added comfort. The slow close mechanism prevents people from just dropping the seat and eases it gently onto to the toilet rim. In addition, the size of the hole and curvature of the edges makes it incredibly comfortable to sit on (as far as toilet seats go!). My only complaint is that the seat doesn't always stay up. Not a big deal, but with kids it can be a bit of a pain.

I like the long seat
Overall, the Elongated Slow Close Toilet Seat has been a great addition to my bathroom. It offers a comfortable seating experience, and I never knew how uncomfortable regular toilet seats really were till I got a long one. I’m fairly tall, so maybe if you are taller, this is also the seat for you. It has a very quiet closing mechanism, and it’s easy cleaning.One a minor drawback is that it doesn’t feel very sturdy, I’d perfect wood, but it performs its primary functions well.

Soft Close Feature is Awesome
This seat fits perfectly without any gap and stay on the place without moving like my old toilet seat.This soft close toilet seat was very easy to install and keep clean. It seems to be very durable and the soft close feature is awesome because living with 3 kids can be annoying to randomly here the toilet seat come crashing down, even in the middle of the night.like the way it closes down slowly so it doesn’t slam now.comes with all you need to install.quality is very very good.highly recommend

It's absolutely perfect!
Installation was a breeze, I promise you that even the most un-handy person could install this under 3 minutes. Not even sure which brand of toilet I have, but if yours is elongated, it should have no problems fitting the universally. I've hated for years how loudly my old porcelain lid would slam down after closing, and finding cleaning products that didn't stain it/remove the finish was awful. I'm so glad that those problems are finally resolved, and at no sacrifice to the aesthetics at all. I thought plastic would look tacky, but this one looks great! I also feel like it's much more comfortable to sit on than porcelain, it's not has hard and cold. If I had to come up with one minor complaint, my husband said that when he lifts up the seat, he has to use a little more force than our porcelain one to keep it from coming back down on him before he's finished urinating. I'm sure he'll get used to it though, the soft/slow close function is awesome and worth it!

Our Delta toilet doesn't allow access to a screw/nut/bolt under the unit. Only screw down, will this seat come w proper hardware for us?

Does this toilet seat come in linen or buff colors or just white
I just bought this seat and when it is lifted the lid stays up, but the seat falls down on it's own. It will not stay up. You have to hold it
