Love the versatility
I love the versatility of this shower head so you can use the removeable head to wash the dog, clean the shower, etc. Like that there is a filter for my water.I am used to a lot more water pressure and this has decent pressure, but I wish it was a bit stronger.

I honestly didn't know that a name brand and store brand shower heads could be much different.
I was wrong.
This shower head is built to last, it is easy to clean, and the pressure is so nice.
It looks so sleek and modern in my home.
I am a Delta Believer now.

Wanted a Handheld Sprayer
Here is the limitation of this fixture. The water flow out of the 2 heads is reduced by the filter, not the same as a good coverage conventional head. We end up using the handheld as the only source. As for the filter, we cannot tell a difference in hair or skin and will probably end up removing the filter.

Disappointing Quality
While the product description does state that this showerhead is made of plastic, I was still surprised by how light and flimsy it feels in person. The plastic construction gives it a very cheap feel, which is disappointing coming from a brand like Delta that I’ve trusted for quality in the past. Even though it includes a 10-year warranty, I would have preferred a sturdier option—ideally in chrome or brass. Unfortunately, better-quality alternatives are limited in this area, or I would have chosen something else. I expected more from Delta and hope to see improved quality in the future.

Multi use shower head
Decent shower head for the price. The pressure is good and adjustable which is nice. Installation was very simple. I particularly like how easy it is to attach and detach the handle from the shower head! The filter is great, too. I deducted one star because of the plastic - it looks like it should be metal but the back of the shower head is very obviously plastic and gray, not chrome. Just makes it look a little less nice. Overall, a nice shower head with dual function.

Length of entire shower head
So this is a great shower head, as long as you have a TALL ceiling in your shower…..we have a 100 year old home and the shower is not super tall. After this was installed the shower head is level with my face. Water pressure is great. Have had no other problems…..it’s just the length of the entire apparatus which causes the problem.

Great pressure and a filter!
This was really easy to install. Water pressure was good and the handheld part is easy to remove but holds firmly when you want it to stay. I like the filter feature as we have hard water and this helps. The only drawback is that it is a pretty large size. If you have a smaller shower this might overwhelm it. My girls were also disappointed that the shower organizer that fits over the shower head they had previously used could not be used with this shower head. Minor things but something to consider depending on your space.

Delta Dual/Combo shower head
I Love this shower head. It was super easy to install. It only took about 5 minutes. The water pressure is great! And I love the dual design so you can use the detachable shower head while the stationary one is still running. Would highly recommend.

Can the flow restricter be removed to increase pressure?
Hi Doug,
Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 7SF110B.
Any flow restrictor in the included showerhead is not designed to be removed. The permanent removal of such water conservation devices to increase flow would void the warranty of the product with regard to the restrictor's assembly and function. Potential consequences include noise, chaotic outlet flow, splashing, and internal damage from debris.
If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies.
