How do you get this lever to sit level (in a horizontal position) on a Kohler Gleam toilet? The lever won’t sit straight due to the diamond-shaped fitting.

hi . will this work on the right side of tank? if so how do i change the internal plastic pieces ?

Does this toilet lever work with a TOTO UltraMaxII Washlet? The lever arm doesn't seem to fit since the toilet fill valve is located near the front of the tank. I can't get it to fit.

I called Delta directly and the person that answered had no clue whether this toilet lever worked with a TOTO UltaMaxII toilet. To help others, I'm posting here that this Delta tank lever does not work with the TOTO UltraMaxII toilet. The internal lever arm is too big and can only be placed towards the front of the toilet tank where TOTO has its toilet fill valve. The non-TOTO toilets that I have all worked since the toilet tank is bigger and has the toilet fill valve placed towards the back.

Please provide the correct tank "interior" components that are to be utilized with this tank Lever handle? Ordered and only recieved; just the outside handle. There were no interior tank lever pieces to connect the handle to. Thank you

Does this fit an American Standard Studio toilet RH 2794104.020?
