Beautiful but stationary
Nice product. Hands a hand towel nicely but it is fixed in place and the ring stays firm. I was expecting some leverage. It does protrude as a result and needs a few additional inches of clearance

Love it!
I bought two towel rings, the toilet paper holder, two hooks and a towel rack(all Ara collection) and i am thrilled with my purchase. They look beautiful in my bathroom. They are sturdy and very classy looking and add “distinction” to our bathroom!

When I tighten the set screw into the mounting bracket, the towel ring lifts away from the wall, if it doesn't, the towel rings lifts right off of the mounting screw. What am I doing wrong?

The Delta Ara towel ring is squeaking when the ring moves in the mount, what would you suggest to lubricate it?

Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you.
We would recommend soaking the Delta Faucet Ara® Towel Ring In Chrome MODEL#: 77546, take a rag and soak it in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and wrap it around the ring and mount. We do not have any lubricant recommendations.
