Set Screw Stripped - Poor Threads
Tissue holder is heavy and pretty. However neither my contractor nor I could prevent the holder from spinning/tipping. The set screw stripped from repeated attempts at tightening. The poor threads in the body of the tissue holder seem to be the issue.

Poor mounting hardware
Bought 3 of the units. Installed by plumbing installer. Only 1 of the 3 would tighten sufficiently. Ultimately threads on set screw hole stripped. Beautiful product but poorly designed for instalation.

Possible to Reverse the Arm?
I'd like to purchase two of the product to use them as facing hand towel rings. That would require a left and right model, however. So, can you tell me if the arm of this TP holder can be rotated so as to mount it facing in an opposite direction?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 774500-BL Toilet Tissue Holder can be installed vertically. Wood blocking is preferable behind all wall surfaces. If wood blocking is not available, the following fasteners are suggested: Tile/Masonry-Plastic or lead Anchors Plaster/drywall-Toggle bolts.

Can I get replacement parts for the Zura toilet paper holder?? It has been up for approx six months and it will not stay horizontal ?? It seemsthat the “ set screw” in the small section of the holder is stuck and we can not remove it to repair the unit??

This tissue holder is loose and keeps tipping down. The screw is stripped. Any suggestions? Also, I have the single faucet bathroom faucet. How do I remove the screen to clean it?

If the set screw is stripped, the tissue holder may need to be replaced. The set screw is needed to secure the tissue holder to the mounting bracket.
Some models of Zura bathroom faucets have a flow regulator located in the hose connection below the sink that can be cleaned.

Hi I need to order a set screw and allan wrench (#3 in the installation guide) for my newly installed for my 774500-cz tissue holder. Can you tell me how to do this?

The set screw is not available separately, and our allen wrenches are usually standard 1/8" inch or 3/32" inch.
