Can we use this in a shower for washcloths? will it rust?

The finish is protected with a clear coat and unless the clear coat is damaged with an abrasive cleaner or improper cleaning and care, it will not rust. Size of tiny set screw and alternate idea? I have this in PN. set screw does not stay tight - I can’t find ANY TINY tool. Threads on outside, hollow inside - what is size? Tool must be vertical- can’t have an elbow- flush on wall. Fell off - chipped sink

The 77446-BL set screw size is #8-32 and the wrench is a 5/64" or 2mm allen wrench.
