Warning, causes toilet paper to fall off constantly
We installed these in our new house and it only took a few months for the pivot joint to get loose and it causes the bar to wiggle back and forth(not just up and down) and therefore it causes the toilet paper to fall off all the time. It drives me crazy and I will be replacing all four of these in my house. Don't buy!

Where can I find Mounting Brackets for the Ashlyn Pivoting Toilet Tissue holder - Model #76450-SS
We are redoing our bathroom and have the Ashlyn Pivoting Toilet Tissue holder but no mounting brackets for it. I don't find anything on your website that indicates where I can find them.

Another post says set screw size is a #8-32. It's not - too big. I found one with metric threads that fits the hole but has no point so will not tighten against the bracket. Where can I find the right replacement screw?

Ashlyn® Tissue MODEL#: 76450 set screw size is a #8-32. What length is the screw? Is it coarse or fine threads? Head stripped out after just over a year. Disappointing for a “premium” brand.

I lost the set screw during my install - what part number or size of set screw do I need? The directions included in my purchase state the mounting brackets at 7 7/16" apart, the DSP-A-76450 Rev A.pdf on your website show 7 5/8". Which one is correct??

I recently installed an Ashlyn Toilet Paper Holder (76450-BL). When I try to pull toilet paper off the roll, the lever arm swings free and the toilet paper lands on the floor. It seems loose at the pivot joint. Is there a way to tighten that joint?

The Delta Faucet Ashlyn® Tissue Holder In Chrome MODEL#: 76450 does have a screw at the pivot joint that can be tightened. Our products have a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers parts and finishes being free of defects in material and workmanship for the original owner/purchaser. Electronic parts have a 5-Year Limited Warranty.
