So Cheap
These things are extremely cheap. My builder installed them and I've had them for 3 years and have spent hours upon hours trying to adjust them to get them to work. The problem is that the mechanical parts are all plastic except for the spring that turns the handle back, stopper plate, and screw. The problem is that the plate that is supposed to stop the handle from turning too far in the upward direction has worn down the plastic housing where the stop is. The friction on the o-ring that creates tension to keep the stopping plate in place also wears out very quickly. I've replaced 5 of them. This in turn makes the handle go upward and the lever go too far down so it catches on the flapper. I've probably racked up hundreds of dollars in water bills over 3 years because of these toilet handles. One time it held the flapper up while we were on a 3 day vacation. DO NOT BUY THESE.

Beautiful but cheaply made.
Nice handle. Matches my other Delta Trinsic handles but the internals are cheap plastic. Handle became floppy a couple weeks after the 1 year warranty expired. Upon inspection it was clear that the cheap plastic internals had worn out.

Pretty color, not universal
This trip lever is universal to Delta toilets. I tried to use it on a Kohler toilet, but the cut out in the toilet is diamond shaped, and the shape of the trip lever would only allow it to be installed at angle, which looks funny. Returning it, which is a shame, as I can't find a compatible product with the champagne bronze fixtures on the sink.

Poor quality, doesn't work for a side mount handle
We bought this and it won't install correctly for a side mount handle, it makes no sense. If you push it down it turns but because it's a side mount the mechanism moves down in the tank - there's no way to switch it from what I can tell. Beware if you don't have a front mount handle

Q&A
Does this only fit delta brand toilets?
Will it fit a Koehler model k-3531-96 toilet? Or does delta have an equivalent model? It needs to be a pressure siphon jet type, no water in the tank. Sloan flush mate or similar

I’ve installed this lever on the left side of a Toto and I love it, however it only seems to work in a way that you have to *lift* the lever rather than push *down*. Is there a way to reverse or rotate the mechanism? The instructions don’t mention it. Thx
Hi and thanks, Kyra! Unfortunately, no matter how I flip the whole 75960 model, it *still* rotates counterclockwise. Am I missing something? In order for the lever to push down, it would have to rotate *clockwise*—can I make this happen?
