[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked at several toilet paper holders when we started planning our upstairs bathroom renovation and decided we liked the look of the Delta Bowery model the best. We definitely wanted a swivel type and not an old fashioned spring model and we also preferred a double-based model rather than a single. It looks sleek and was very easy to install.

Bowery Toilet Paper Holder
This toilet paper holder is not only elegant but so very easy to use. Installation was a breeze. It is hassle free changing if the toilet paper roll. I bought this three years ago when I renovated my summer home and again last month when updating another bathroom. Highly recommend this line by Delta.

this tissue holder, MODEL#: 74855, has pivoting the description. Does that mean the roller that the toilet paper sits on lifts up like a lever for paper placement or does it have that spring tension roller that has to be removed for paper placement?

Yes, this model does pivot which means the roller stays attached to one side of the tissue holder and lifts up so the roller is pointing up and the roll can be replaced.

Came without the mounting back plates. But did come with the screw and wall anchors. Tissue holder 74855-PN
