Q&A
A contractor installed a Delta Towel bar but cut it too short and sometimes it falls out of place between two sides. Is there some type of spring that was supposed to be included? I would have to take a pic because I do not know the name of this one.

Can the Kyra towel rack be mounted on newly installed wall tile? I'm using 12" x 24" wall tile and if the tile is predrilled before installation would that work? Thank you

how do i remove the toilet paper roll holder. There is no set screw to loosen the fixture. The fixture has become loose on the wall. i need to tighten it back to the wall,
Will the matt black towel bar rust or get damaged if installed on the wall opposite the shower head?

Over time if the towel bar is subject to water and air in a shower environment the finish may experience issues. To avoid this we would recommend not installing it in the shower.

When installing a Kayra 18 inch towel bar i noticed 1 of the hanger brackets was missing. i tried to use a bracket from a couple of older fixtures i had. but didnt work. i need the exact part # to order brackets. your help would be greatly appreciated.
