Sturdy and Good Looking
I purchased this to replace a similar one that just wouldn't stay on the wall. This one feels much sturdier and I haven't had any issues with it. Lifting the arm to replace the toilet paper is so easy and overall it looks great.

Difficult to install - poor design
The hinged rod on this toilet tissue holder must sit precisely in the seat of the other bracket or it will not engage when the user folds it down into place. Therefore this bracket has less than 1/8” play left to right when positioning it for installation. Too exact for a drywall anchored bracket. I’ve installed other hinged tissue holders that were much more forgiving. The rod also did not swing parallel to the wall causing a misfit based on distance from the wall when engaging the other bracket. So there were fit issues both left to right and in/out from the wall. Will not be buying any more of these!

Different loading process
This holder needs room above to load the TP. One of my bathrooms has an over hanging counter top that makes very difficult to add new roll.

How thick of a roll of paper will this hold? The new rolls claiming to be 4x rolls can be up to 5.5 inches in diameter. Will this hold them and they still rotate freely?
