Relative to the generators themselves (not the control systems, or product bundling) what, if any, are the differences between the "SimpleSteam" and the "SteamScape" product lines?

Yes, the SteamScape offers controls with more trim colors, shapes and spa options. As for the actual steam generators, the SteamScape offers these features which are not offered with the SimpleSteam line: Dual Patented Temperature sensors: More accurately measures the temperature in the middle of the steam room. Automatically compensating for a cold or warm wall temperature.  Proportional Steam: Gradually reduces the steam as the temperature gets closer to the set point for more control.
