Is there a way to make the timer countdown larger on the display?

Hi Ryan, Under the Gear Icon, Press Display, Press Font Size, and Choose Larger. This should increase all the fonts on the display.

Is it possible to get a picture of the end of the green cord? Our installer broke off the end of the extension cable when snaking, and then cut the end of the green cord to splice. We need to install a new RJ12 on green cord.

Both ends of the cable have the same RJ12 orientation (straight through), so if the installer cannot replace the cable, they may follow the wire connection pattern on the other side of the cable and match it.
