Q&A
The control has and on and off setting but its not needed to start the steam cycle.It's not coverd in the instruction sheet. What is the purpose for this function. When I had it on the steam line was hot so I'm guessing it keeps the unit pre heated.
Hi Dplbg,
If you have a Brizo Mystix steam generator, the ON off Feature under settings is for the RapidMist Feature. The Delta Branded Products do not have this feature and that is why it was not covered in the manual.

How to operate this controller
The operation is covered in the owners manual, which is supplied and may also be downloaded from the Delta website. In a recap, before using the control, press the Menu button on the left, adjust the default time (~30min) then allow 5 seconds for the control to save this info and screen go out. To use it press user 1 button, it will display the max set temp (which you may adjust by pressing the up/down arrows), once done setting, the control display will show you the ambient room temp (~70 degrees F), allow it the system to boil the water for 3-5 min, then steam should start to come out of the steam outlet.
