Unfortunately, we do not recommend trimming these so I cannot give you an answer on what to use. If you are pressed on this being trimmed you may do so as long as there are no notches at the end of the bar where the bar inserts into the mounting plate but please keep in mind if this is cut wrong it will void the warranty. Hi Shelomi, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 41824. This grab bar includes mounting screws and a hollow-wall anchor for one end of the bar.
