Excellent product
This is such a solid piece of hardware. It makes me nuts that anything in a bathroom isn't grab-bar secure, and this is a great option if you're having trouble convincing someone to install grab bars *before* they're needed, instead of waiting for a fall...

Tissue Holder with Assist Bar
Bought (2) through our bath room remodeling contractor, Paradise Builders who bought through First Supply in Wisconsin. Initially, very pleased. Overall, the concept is very good and is helpful for our physical needs.
This changed after each had 4 rolls of tissue changed out. The bar holding the tissue became very loose as the 3mm screw backed out. Attempted to retighten the screw. Found it to be very sensitive to the amount of "tightness" and still obtain function. Again, after 3 - 4 rolls the screw backed out again. One unit has been replaced to learn if this solves the problem. My opinion is that there is a design issue that needs to be addressed.
HELP!
Overall, the concept is very good and is helpful for our physical needs.

Grand Toilet Tissue Holder
This is a grand, very heavy, well made and beautiful gold color toilet tissue holder. I haven’t used it yet as a support aid. Our contractor did installed it into the wall studs so it could be used as such.

I purchased toilet paper holder model 41550. It only came with hardware for one side of nonstud installation. The studs are too far apart to get it installed on even one -at least if you want to use it. How do I get another one?

What is ideal placement (height from floor and distance in front of toilet) for product 41550?
I had purchased the toilet holder 41550-RB. Unfortunately our contractor lost one of the mounting brackets. Is there a way to just purchase this. I appreciate your time. Thank you.

Can this be installed in a shower? I like the champagne bronze finish, but can it stand up to being in a wet area?
