Don’t recommend
Terrible design for the handles. The base of the handles does not line up right with the handles, and the plastic seals that sit underneath push the handle up so that you can see the plastic. Would not recommend

Is there a part to allow for installation when the center hole is too large for the spout

Unfortunately, we don't carry a part if the hole size is larger than the maximum of 1.5". I apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
