Gorgeous!!
I think this is a really classy and simple faucet that is a nice shade of bronze. It doesn’t look too shiny or tacky. We are using it in our new bathroom that was previously a laundry room. It is such a nice touch for the space and we are so excited to keep using it

Love!!!
I love the brushed gold look of this faucet. The instructions were very simple to follow and no plumber was needed. The water pressure was no effected in anyway with the tubing instead of hoses.

Beautiful finish
Ok, so this was a scary box to open but to my surprise SO easy to put together! The water pressure is great, the champagne bronze color is beautiful and seems to be low maintenance because you don’t see every scuff on it. The modern sleek design is nice!

This faucet i expected it to be shinier, but it's okay. I like the color that it is and it looks great in my new vanity. It took a little while for us to put it together. The instructions were not very clear but other than that. Once we put it together, it looks great.

An upgrade from what we originally had for sure
Overall it’s a nice product if you like a gold finish. Installation was a little difficult for us since we had to make the additional holes for it but really depends on what you are replacing. The water flow is standard. We like it.

Beautiful, but too big to fit
This faucet is very aesthetically pleasing. The gold color is soft and doesn’t look overly embellished like most gold colored faucets. The finish is perfect on every piece. I removed my existing widespread faucet so I could install this one and upon trying to install the handles I was quickly made aware that it wouldn’t work on our pedestal sink. The plastic inserts you put in for the handles and faucet are about 1/8 inch too large and won’t fit in the holes. The only way to install it would be to have a contractor come in and bore the holes out. That wasn’t an option for me just to replace a faucet. If you buy this one, be aware that you may need to have those faucet holes enlarged to make this one fit. There is no measurement specifications on the box, either. I was disappointed because we really love the faucet.

Looks absolutely beautiful, but leaves fingerprint
I was really excited about the color of this faucet, it's so beautiful and matches the other golden bronze accents in the bathroom. However, every time you touch it, it leaves fingerprints on it. I'm constantly cleaning it. With that said, I was able to install it, and the water flow is fantastic! It looks so nice, I just don't want anyone to touch it! Haha!

Q&A
Are the hot water valve assembly (RP77417) and the cold water valve assembly (RP77416) interchangeable? My cold water valve leaks below the sink. Order shows I’m being sent RP77417. Is that ok?

The hot water and cold water valves are interchangeable. The difference between them is the RP77417 has the valve, anchor and gasket. Where the RP77416 includes the just valve assembly. I have attached the parts diagram for the model 3564-MPU-DST.

Is the Ashlyn model sold to the big box stores (home depot, lowes, etc), which has the same model # as your website (Model#: 3564-MPU-DST), the exact same configuration/materials as sold to the plumbing supply stores?

Is the 2 1/2 inch recommended clearance to backsplash absolutely necessary? I have 1 3/4 because my bs sits on top of the countertop. Will it work?

Thank you for your question. We recommend having a 2 1/2" clearance between the center of the installation hole and the backsplash to provide enough room for installation and cleaning. You may be able to install it with less clearance but it is not recommended.
