Hello, could you please provide the exact size, specifically the diameter, of the aerator that fits this faucet? For example, M16.5 x 1, M18.5 x 1. Where can I buy it? Thank you!

Hello, I noticed that the water flow with the original aerator is too weak. I want to purchase another aerator, a 1.5 or 2.2 PGM model. Could you please provide the exact size of the aerator that fits this faucet? Where can I buy it? Thank you!
