Still a good product
Great product! It looks beautiful and works as advertised. I like the pull down feature of the faucet. I was worried about the name change of the company but it seems the quality is still there as of now.

Best Bathroom Upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting to be as obsessed with this faucet as I am. It's crazy to think about the things that get you excited as an adult, and this faucet is one of those things that will make you giddy! I was intrigued to see how the function of a pull-down spout would play out in a bathroom sink, as the scale is so much smaller than you would find in a traditional kitchen sink pull-down operation. Let me tell you, this is the now one of the coolest upgrades my house has seen! Not only is the faucet gorgeous and completely ties together my bathroom remodel, but the functionality that it provides in being able to wash the sides of my sinks is incomparable. I would recommend this faucet over and over again! All of my guests jaws drop when I show them that my guest bath has pull down faucets, it's the best surprise.

Q&A
The diagram for this faucet shows it needs 2.5" clearance to the backsplash but other similar looking Delta faucets like the Trinsic seem to require only 1.25" clearance. Can you tell me if this is accurate? I prefer this faucet but don't have the 2.5"

Some models may need less clearance but as a standard we recommend a clearance of 2.5" as to ensure the stopper can be fully engaged.

I have this facuet but our calcium hard water is making the pressure low. How do I detach the faucet head to clean the calcium deposits out and soak it in vinegar?
