Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy about having to tear faucet apart to rep 2 years old. Had to replace cartridges- hot a cold. Hot snap to release function ok. Cold- the two plastic tabs on the snap to release broke off. Handle is now loose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits in perfectly with our bathroom We updated our powder room and wanted to tie some existing hardware in with a new faucet. This one has been working great. I love how the pull for the drain is a bit hidden in the back, giving it a clean look. The spout is out further than our last one, which is exactly what I was looking for with young kids who can't reach very far. Would recommend so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need to post more photos Nice quality faucet, however it would have been nice if a picture of the bottom plumbing connectors was posted. Due to a completely different type of connection than what is in our new build, a plumber had to change our plumbing connections for us to install the faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, modern and beautiful Very solid/sturdy faucet that has beautiful lines and matte black finish. Looks perfect in my kids’ Jack & Jill bathrooms with matte black cabinet hardware and light fixtures. And the price was beyond reasonable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid quality Delta faucets are second to none. The new Ashlyn line products are both solid and handsome.
Date published: 2019-08-20
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Out of the box it is very attractive. It works like it should but cleaning is a pain as you need get between the faucets and the spout, a very narrow space. Other than that it is very nice.

How is this different from 2564-MPU-DST

I can't tell from the product description how this TP-DST differs from the MPU-DST, does it have something to do with the aerator?
Asked by: KPH
Hi KPH, Thank you for your question. The TP stands for tract pact and the faucets are purchased in quantity. The 2564-TP-DST would be purchased in 3's and does not have individual retail type packaging. The only actual difference in product between the 2564-MPU-DST and the 2564-TP-DST is that the 2564-MPU-DST includes a metal pop up drain assembly and the TP version has a 50/50 metal/plastic drain assembly. Thanks, Dave

How do I tell if we have knock offs versus the real delta faucets?  Have these in new home just purchased.  They look great until you use the sink...the water spots are horrible.  Only way to resolve this is to wipe the faucets down after drying hands.

Asked by: Tdaviy
Hi, Tdaviy! Thank you for your question. Our Delta faucets will have the 'Delta' brand name on the faucet, itself. Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel. If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes. Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or counter top, please take care when cleaning your products. If you’d prefer using a chemical cleaning product, our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer’ instructions. Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are: green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner. Note: Any products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust will most likely harm the finished products. Most drain cleaners may be used when following their specific directions and not allowing exposure to the finish longer than 30 minutes. If you would like to further discuss the care of your unit, you may contact our residential warranty line directly at 800-345-3358 (prompt 2, then 4). We are available Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 8p.m. and Saturdays from 9a.m to 6p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I remove the stopper for cleaning

Asked by: Mary
Hi Mary, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Most sink drain plugs are activated with a lift-rod behind the faucet. If a stopper does not lift straight out, it is being held in by the horizontal rod. Behind the drain pipe under the sink is a horizontal rod that is connected to the lift rod by a strap. The horizontal rod is held in place by a nut. Remove the nut and pull the horizontal rod straight away from the pipe about an inch. The stopper should now come free of the drain. Some newer sink drain stoppers "push-pop" - push down to seal and push down again to open / pop-up. If the stopper does not pull straight up out of the drain, rotate the stopped 1/4 turn, then lift. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

Is there a way to attach a garden hose to these square style of faucets? I already own these on a new construction for all my bathrooms. There doesn't appear to be any threading or adapters available due to the square shape.

Asked by: MRB511
Thank you for your question, MRB511. The 2564-BLTP-DST spout has female threads. We do not currently make adapters to change the thread size or type. Best regards, Bryan
