Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed and frustrated! I was excited to purchase a touchless faucet. Had it professionally installed. We have always purchased Delta products for their reputation and reliability but this has been such an expensive disappointment. I expected that I would have to replace batteries, but not so frequently. It's inconvenient to get to the battery box. The battery box does not appear to be damaged, but it will not stay closed without duct tape. I have never been more frustrated with a faucet than this one and it appears I am not alone in my opinion! I went on the chat line and had a very nice representative, but had to provide so much information that I was not prepared to provide - pictures of the faucet, pictures of the selonoid sticker, etc. The rep located my warranty in the records but then in the process of trying to get all the pictures, I lost my chat! My husband and I are 74 years old and find it difficult to crawl under the sink to get information. I frankly don't have the patience to start the chat all over again. So much for warranties.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet with LOTS of Features!! I purchased this faucet last November 2024, and I have loved it! The water pressure works great for me, I have had no issues with too low of pressure. The faucet does activate without any problems. Instead of relying on batteries, I did purchase the Delta A/C Power Adapter (EP102157) to power the Touch2O. The batteries are installed, but are only used in the event of a power outage. The Delta ShieldSpray setting does a fantastic job of cleaning my dishes and silverware.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low water pressure. Uses batteries in 2 days Water pressure low and we already replaced the batteries and we have only had it 2 days. Unacceptable...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water Pressure There is NO water pressure to speak of coming from this faucet. Is there a replacement nozzle available? There has to be some sort of resolution for this. This falls under unacceptable performance for the device. Borderline unusable and very frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor water pressure It takes 26 seconds to fill a bucket to one gallon from my supply line. It takes 1 minute and 22 seconds to fill a bucket to one gallon from this faucet. I've had numerous calls with Delta attempting to troubleshoot the issue resulting in changing the mixing valve, the wand, the wand hose and even replaced with a brand new faucet. This faucet design somehow greatly impedes water pressure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Maybe I got a lemon? My experience with this faucet since installing 4 months ago has been really bad. The faucet seems to go through batteries like crazy, the sink randomly won't turn on, or turns off in the middle of filling a pot of water, and the water pressure is 1/2 of what it used to be with my old Delta faucet. I suspect the last bit may be due to smaller lines leading to the sink, but overall it just adds to the frustration that I've had since this piece of junk was installed.

Fix low flow

Asked by: Kitchen
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. I believe either my battery pack or the control unit are dead. How do I order a new one? In the meantime, how to a make it manual for turning the water on and off?

Asked by: Kristy
Thank you for your question. The faucet can be bypassed for the faucet to work manually. First, turn the handle in the off position. Remove the blue clips on the top and bottom of the solenoid assembly. Once the clips are removed, remove the hose connections from each top and bottom of the solenoid and connect these two hose connections together. Secure this connection with one of the blue clips. Remove the solenoid, battery pack, and all wiring entirely. The handle can be turned on and off for the faucet to work manually. Best Regards, Themar

My home is fed by a well and we have low pressure. I found the max flow rate / psi but not the operational minimum. What is the minimum pressure required to operate correctly?

Asked by: Josiah
Hi Josiah, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19826TLZ-SPSD-DST. Our faucets are made for water pressure between 20 and 100 psi. For the ShieldSpray setting on the sprayer to properly form a bubble, the minimum pressure should be 40 psi. Please reach out with any additional questions!
